Lafayette Motorized Options!
Lafayette has come out with THREE new motorized options! I will discuss a little about each options and let you know what my personal favorite is of the three. The first option is the Momenta Remote Control Shade App. This option is available on their Auto-lift Parasol Cellular Shades And Tenera Sheer Shadings. You can download this app from the App Store for Ipad, Iphone or Ipod Touch- iOS 7.0 or higher. This program not only allows you to lower and raise your shades with your device, it also lets you set them to to raise & lower by day, time, sunrise or sunset!
The last option is the Auto Wand Battery Motorization which is also offered on the Genesis Window Shades and the Allure Transitional Shades. Auto wand is the most affordable motorization solution. This is east to operate & is a child safe solution. It has an external battery tune and uses a wand control. An electronic limit setting lets your stop at the highest or lowest point. The Alkaline battery life is about 6-12 months depending on usage, this option also has a warning sound to let the customer know when the battery is getting low.
Any of these options would be great for someone looking for motorization options. However my personal favorite of all three new options would be the EZ Charge Battery. I love the idea of not having to worry about taking old batteries out, purchasing new ones and re-installing. I also love the fact that it warns you when the battery is getting low.
